Fall has finally made her appearance here in Riverside which means Halloween is just around the corner and the local festivities kick off next week.
Riverside Parks and Recreation will be hosting their annual Howl-O-Ween event on Wednesday, October 23rd starting at 6 pm at the Water Tower. The event kicks off with the lighting of the Water Tower and is followed by a costume parade over to Riverside Township Hall where there are typically games and prizes for the kids. If you haven't been before, it's a great community event that the kids really enjoy. Halloween itself falls on the following Thursday this year and trick-or-treating hours are from 3 pm to 7 pm in Riverside. Let's hope the weather cooperates and gives us a good night for trick or treating. I hope to see you and your families out and about in Riverside. Happy Halloween! Comments are closed.
