Time flies when you're having fun which is why it's hard to believe it has already been six months since Live Here Riverside got started.
While I had no clue how much (or little) interest a site like this would generate, I'm happy to share almost 7,000 folks like yourself have visited this site in the first six months to learn more about some of the good people doing great things right here in our small village.
Together you've visited over 11,000 pages which is particularly impressive for a village that has only has 8,700 residents. It shows me how much you all care about the place we're lucky to call home.
Here a couple of quick reminders to share:
1) Follow Live Here Riverside on Facebook to stay up to date on new posts as they go live.
2) You can subscribe to the Live Here Riverside podcast right in iTunes.
3) Do you have a neighbor or know a local small business owner that more folks should know about? Let me know. I'm always looking for more folks to feature on the podcast.
I've enjoyed hearing from many of you over the last six months so please feel free to reach out with any suggestions and feedback. It's also been great meeting folks who follow the site in real life so please don't hesitate to introduce yourself as well.
Thank you all for your continued support of the Live Here Riverside community. I'll continue to share the stories of good people doing great things in our village as long as you enjoy hearing about them.
To say our neighbor Kate Coffey is both energetic & passionate would probably be an understatement. In addition to being the newest member of Riverside's Economic Development Commission, Kate owns & operates Chocolate Twist, a small batch chocolate confectionary founded in 2011 & based right here in Riverside.
In our conversation, we discuss Kate's journey to Riverside, how she managed to start and grow Chocolate Twist despite some life major changes, and how her passion & energy fuels not only her business but her involvement in all things Riverside.
You won't want to miss my conversation with our neighbor, Kate Coffey.
Welcome neighbor and thanks for stopping by. My name is Brian Plain and I'll be your host.
